Jessica Yamil Diaz, 44, of 395 Broad St., Apt. B, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear, improper use of a license plate, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, improper turn, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Desiree Harris, 37, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Delia Louise Holbrook, 32, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

Richard Jones, 48, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.
