    Groton Town

    Courtney E. Hart, 24, of 44 Bush Hill Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and improper passing. 

    Kayla N. Arder, 26, of 34 Flint Court was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

    Richard Troiani, 55, of 390 Long Hill Road was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Sarah L. Sweeney, 26, of 10 Butlertown Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    William Z. Biletzke, 22, of 888 Noank Ledyard Road was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Douglas Leniart, 31, of Wethersfield was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and criminal mischief.

    Stonington

    Cornelius P. Donnel, 30, of 81 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Michael P. Gomes, 38, of 43 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Elisa M. Johnson, 36, of 5 Clark St., Apt. 111, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with reckless driving and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Kathy A. Point, 58, of 8 Brinden Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Deana M. Catonese, 47, of 23 Swan St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    John A. Bayer, 49, of 887 Stonington Road was charged Monday with reckless driving, driving without minimum insurance and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Waterford

    Nicole Donofrio, 33, of 205 Avery Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to display plates.
