Matthew G. Simpson, 26, of 12 Union St., New London, was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Miranda Johnson, 22, of 247 Osprey Drive, Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
