    East Lyme

    Brian Stearns, 30, of 5 Coach Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to have tail lamps lit.

    Norwich

    Sarah Rodriguez, 34, of 309 Crystal Ave. New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Trent D. Medeiros, 19, of 14 Aspen Court was charged March 7 with evading responsibility.

    Michael D. Smith, 43, of 613 N. Main St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Stonington

    Alyssa M. Passante, 47, of 375 Liberty St., Apt. 10, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    State police - Montville

    Edward Cochran, 36, of 388 Taylor Hill Road, Jewett City, was charged Sunday in Griswold with violation of a protective order.

    Gregory S. Smith, 50, of 1531 Glasgo Pond Road, Lot 132, Griswold, was charged Sunday in Griswold with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Richard Staplins, 54, of 36 Soule St., Jewett City, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ryan Christianson, 40, of 127 Preston Allen Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday in Lisbon with manufacture, sale or administering of a restricted substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

    Rebecca L. Benson, 37, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chelsea Robinson, 26, of 92 Oakwood Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    James Clanton, 25, of 159 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving unreasonably fast.
