Jerean Rogers, 35, of Hyde Park, Mass., was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with police and two counts of assault on public safety or emergency medical personnel.

Dennis Kabelis, 43, of 25 Pheasant Run, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Arroyo, 19, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving without a license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mark Holcombe, 49, of the Bahamas was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
