Two-car crash closes portion of I-395 in Norwich

Norwich — A two-car crash closed part of Interstate 395 south between exits 13 and 11 for just more than an hour Monday morning.

The state Department of Transportation reported the crash about 10 a.m. and said the right lane was closed in the area. The crash was cleared by 11:20.
