John Ploski, 35, of 10 Robin Road, Colchester, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain the proper lane.  

Jerrod Begin, 28, of 35 River St., Baltic, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Norwich

Edward C. Gauthier, 25, of 5½ Dunham St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dominique Torres, 33, of 157 Boswell Ave. was charged Saturday with failure to signal, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and driving without a license.

Kaylee Oatley, 27, of 26 Papermill Road, Lisbon, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

Matthew Belerdo, 25, of 28 Merchants Ave. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order and assault on a police officer.

Jeffrey M. Travis, 31, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Friday in Montville with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David Wayne Gill, 20, of 135 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged May 5 in Haddam with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Clarence R. Amar-Hill, 25, of 287 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged May 5 in Haddam with two counts of sale of narcotics and sale of a controlled substance.

Gabriel Cuateco, 34, of 3 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged May 2 in Old Saybrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

A 13-year-old boy was charged May 2 in Old Lyme with second-degree threatening.

Trenton N. Roche, 18, of 23 Griswold Ave., Old Lyme, was charged April 30 in Deep River with first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Matthew Tefft, 36, of 359 Voluntown Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday with threatening.

Neal D. McKinnon, 38, of 10 Marriott Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Xavier S. Young, 33, of Canterbury, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert W.H. Ensign, 26, of Sharon, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alexandria Reed, 23, of 333 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Michael Walden, 37, of 243 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was charged Sunday with child endangerment while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
