    New London

    Gregory Benoit, 66, of 34 Irvingdell Place, East Lyme, was charged Friday with failure to notify police of a change of address for his pistol permit.

    Jennielee Sebastian Ward, 44, of 225 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Joe Vincent Flores, 27, of 108 N. Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 6F, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, attempted third-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening.

    Francisco Javier Martinez, 48, of 207 Connecticut Ave. was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and driving without a license.

    Matthew Casazza, 32, of no certain address was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Courtney Stone, 35, of 54 Baltic St., Unit 1, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    State police - Montville

    Wickley Brown, 54, of Enfield was charged Friday in North Stonington with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Jason Sanchez, 39, of 249 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and having improper colored stop lights.

    Tristan Frownfelter, 19, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.

    Matthew Brown, 53, of 48-46 Squire St., New London, was charged Friday with misuse of plates, failure to have minimum insurance, operating or towing and unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.
