German Fernandez, 45, of 123 Montauk Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ricardo Velez, 41, of 244 Laurel Drive was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Joshua R. Thompson, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Michael L. Williams, 62, of 12 Home St., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Matthew Baxter, 26, of 30 Braman Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

James Fino, 36, of 28 Green St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics.

Jonathon Smith, 27, of 24 Alger St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Angel Rodriguez-Castil, 36, of Irvington, N.J., was charged Thursday with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angela Singleton, 46, of 328 W. Main St., Unit 2, was charged Thursday with traveling too fast, failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Georges LaBonte, 23, of 320 Central Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Bernard St. Surin, 22, of 39 Cliff St., second floor, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
