    Groton City

    Shantucket P. Thomas, 42, of 62 George Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Lindsey Brown, 26, of no known address was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    William Smith, 48, of 303 Mohegan Park Road was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Matthew Spruill, 49, of 87 Cliff St. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

    Karlethia Waites, 22, of 52 Anthony Road, New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Steven T. Young, 26, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    Donald Allen, 56, of Canterbury was charged Thursday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

    Jeremiah Blake, 24, of Voluntown was charged Wednesday in Montville with being a fugitive from justice.

    Keith Eiss, 47, of 100 Ashland St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with being a fugitive from justice.

    Waterford

    Tynisha Thompson, 27, of 140 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, disobeying signal of an officer, failure to carry certificate of insurance and failure to display plates.

    Marc Connelly, 51, of 204 Rope Ferry Road was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Clinton Adams, 21, of 49 Orchard St., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving with suspended registration and failure to display plates.

    Alexa Polen, 29, of 2 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.
