    New London

    Cynthia Jarvis, 52, of 256 Crystal Ave. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Matthew Brown, 53, of 142 Montauk Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norson Steward, 43, of 734 Broad St., Waterford, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Joseph N. Arder, 40, of 278 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey stop signal and failure to carry insurance.

    Alexis Mootry, 35, of 61 Buchanan Road was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Dave Hall, 32, of 39 Truman St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Nurssdeem Carson, 37, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Saturday with first-degree trespassing and interfering with an officer.

    Ruben Amado-Gomes, 23, of Oak St. was charged Friday with weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, permitting a minor to possess alcohol and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stephen Riter, 51, of 75 Crescent St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Brandon Burnette, 19, of Jewett City was charged Friday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Benjamin J. Perry, 36, of Sterling was charged Friday in Montville with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Athena Gowlis, 20, of Simpsonville, S.C., was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Alexandra Springer, 32, of 404 Bridge St., Groton, was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

    Stacy LeClair, 44, of 753 Bank St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Erin Beard, 37, of 10 Ellen Ward Road was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

    Matthew Henry, 46, of 66 Miner Ave. was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Autum Caron, 29, of Canterbury was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.
