    Groton City

    Bowen Schramm, 24, of 17 Granite St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

    Brian Cassia, 39, of 101 Hynes Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Franklin R. Bryson, 46, of 404 Bridge St., Apt. 109, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Groton Town

    Jessie J. Brown, 19, of 24 W. Elderkin Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Rene Toc-Garcia, 24, 48 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.  

    Mark Alan Eley Jr., 24, of 605 Gold Star Highway was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.  

    East Lyme

    Amber Allard, 28, of 309 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and criminal impersonation.

    Jorge IlDefonso, 48, of 575 Bank St., Apt. 207, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree strangulation.

    Benjamin Armstrong, 43, of 233 Broad St., Apt. B1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation.

    Norwich

    Tracy Moon, 44, of 1742 Route 12, Apt. 1C, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Antonio Osorio, 19, of 248 Franklin St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Sarah A. Rodriguez, 32, of 183 Sheraton Lane was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John Holt, 71, of Brooklyn was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with second-degree breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Eric C. Sadowski, 20, of 3 Lois Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Sandra J. Hewitt, 57, of 38 Pequotsepos Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe backing.

    Waterford

    James Ross, 34, of 245 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Jomar Diaz, 20, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
