State police - Montville

Miguel Oconner, 19, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, driving as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content level, interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Kevin R. Thomas, 21, of 152 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.  

Juergen Bromkamp, 54, of 21 Wells St., East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Stonington

Joshua Ortiz, 27, of Providence was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, fifth degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Casey R. Williams, 21, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

Waterford

Casey Roark, 38, of 210 Elm St., New London, was charged Wednesday with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain minimum insurance requirement and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Nancy Ramirez, 31, of Hartford was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to display plates and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.
