Jose A. Rosado, 49, of 68 Fielding Drive, Montville, was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended and speeding.

Norwich

Stephen Frechette Jr., 37, of Bozrah was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive to the right.

Waterford

Michael Oudkerk, 34, of 146 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended, defective muffler and tinted windows.

Rosemarie Josiah, 61, of 17 Trumbull Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
