Robert L. Perry, 60, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 32, Pawcatuck, was charged Nov. 21 with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of sale of narcotics, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree breach of peace.
