Eliezer A. Quinones, 30, of 300 Brandegee Ave., No. 137, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.

Redman Ruiz, 25, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, No. 560, U.S. Naval Submarine Base, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Nicole E. Defranco, 21, of 81 Georgia St., Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Lynne A. Massett, 43, of 47 Granite St., No. 1, was charged Sunday with failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kelly A. Miceli, 48, of Lisbon was charged Monday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Tyler L. Sykes, of New Haven was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

James Callahan, 30, of Jewett City was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Sarah Ayer, 58, of North Franklin was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.
