    New London

    Sarah Comboni, 44, of East Windsor was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Angela Baldwin, 49, of Uncas on Thames, Norwich, was charged Friday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

    German Fernandez, 46, of 125 Montauk Ave. was charged Friday with two counts of threatening, two counts of breach of peace and two counts of criminal mischief.

    Kail Holder, 53, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with violating a protective order.

    Xavier Aaron, 22, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with two counts of violating probation.

    Matthew Kessler, 52, of 1545 Route 85, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and violating the conditions of his release.

    Francisco Guzman, 54, of 92 Truman St. was charged Thursday with carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Ramon Ortiz, 30, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with violating probation.

    Norwich

    Derek Beebe, 37, of 136 Hunters Road, Unit 7, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

    Carol Dejesus, 30, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

    State police - Montville

    Joshua Rivera, 34, of 30 Old Tavern Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improper parking.

    Neil Miller, 37, of Mesa, Ariz., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, improper turn and failure to display lights.

    Waterford

    Wallace Archard, 44, of 1729 Hartford-New London Turnpike was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

    Randy Ranson, 51, of 175 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
