Groton City

Tanissa M. Still, 24, of 21 Whittlesey St., New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Shiana M. Sebastian, 22, of 9 John George Drive, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey control signal and driving when registration or license is refused/suspended.

Tracy Marie Diggs, 48, of 639 Shennecossett Road, No. 23, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, first-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and risk of injury.

Groton Town

Shaun M. Jackson, 40, of Ipswich, Mass., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

Nicole Bencks, 37, of 233 Scott Road was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Kevin L. McGill, 19, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell/dispense.

Judith Ann Gray, 45, of 268 Flanders Road, Unit 17, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.

Tyler Sofian, 23, of 8 Wilson Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Matthew Lafontaine, 32, of Hampton was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Devon Cromartie, 25, of 36 Raintree Circle was charged Sunday with failure to grant right-of-way and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Juan Padin, 29, of 306 Norwich Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Antwan D. Jones, 40, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.

Spencer Morrill, 72, of 228 Washington St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Dihong Cai, 67, of 13 Gifford Lane was charged Friday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Damil Agusto, 40, of 90 Shady Lane was charged Friday with possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

State police — Montville

Tejshon Alexander Brown-Cook, 18, of 115 Taftville Occum Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with risk of injury to child, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Clifton W. Park, 32, of 6 Wyassup Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jeffrey M. Fitzgerald, 48, of Naugatuck was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kyle R. Devine, 35, of 131 Preston Allen Road, Baltic, was charged Feb. 7 in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.
