    Groton City

    Jeffrey A. Demaio, 57, of 148 Benham Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Timothy I. Montague, 31, of 584 Shennecossett Road, Apt. E, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Erin E. Pardee, 29, of West Warwick, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary, interfering with a police officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition device, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and second-degree breach of peace.

    John T. Joyner, 25, of 191 Midway Oval was charged Monday with failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Michael K. Defranco, 24, of 38 Courtland Drive, Apt. A2, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, and traveling unreasonably fast.

    William Wise, 37, of West Warwick, R.I,. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor and improper use of high beams.

    Fernando R. Joseph, 28, of Johnston, R.I., was charged Saturday with cheating, breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a police officer.

    Derek D. Pereira, 32, of Lincoln, R.I., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Jacob M. Rockwell, 23, of Mansfield, Mass., was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and threatening.

    Joseph R. Smith Jr., 29, of Mastic, N.Y., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Joseph M. Bertucci, 26, of Dedham, Mass., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Josephine Hoffman, 24, of Westerly, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    Joshua D. Poirier, 30, of Wakefield, R.I., was charged April 16 with evading responsibility and driving a vehicle without the proper license.

    Daniel J. Fuller, 24, of Farmington was charged April 14 with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Rodney Rowe, 44, of 47 Sturtevant St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Mark Brisbane, 51, of 212 Vauxhall St. was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    Jerry Johnson, 60, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stefanie N. Delgado, 29, of 12 Warren St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and driving without insurance.

    Gary L. Shaw, 65, of 120 Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order. 

    Samantha H. Fidrych, 29, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with two counts of violation of probation and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Ruta Mangle, 23, of 495 Laurel Hill Road was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Bonnie J. Hansen, 42, of 25 Cottrell St., Apt. 3, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Cyrus P. Waidler, 23, of 163 Cook Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Steven Lanphear, 61, of 270 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jevane Watson, 22, of 324 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and failure to display plates.
