Rosa J. Almodovar, 53, of 3 Taftville-Occum Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jackelyn N. Torres, 31, of New Britain was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

Michael E. Ganes, 38, of 31 Bentley Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mohammed Abu Taher, 59, of 21 Harbor View Ave., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

Victor Mejia-Roa, 20, of 118 Connecticut Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Jonathan C. Hennessey, 35, of Assonet, Mass., was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Carlos Morales, 21, of 64 Maple Ave. was charged Monday with failure to have lit tail lights and driving with a suspended license.

Adam R. Smith, 40, of 57 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sean Roberge, 35, of Plainfield was charged Tuesday in Griswold with violation of a criminal protective order.
