    Groton City

    Alexandra A. Aponte, 29, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Lot 26, was charged Sunday with driving while under suspension and traveling too fast.

    Colin Frank Strunk, 24, of 11 Jefferson Drive was charged Sunday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Claudio Chacha-Chacha, 35, of 28 Pearl St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Groton Town

    Edward L. Harris III, 29, of 195 Michelle Lane, Unit 207, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.

    Samuel C. Guerard, 41, of Glastonbury was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, illegal storage of a narcotic and possession of a controlled substance.

    Ramon E. Guzman, 63, of Paterson, N.J., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Samantha Ryan, 26, of 1691 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Rafael Alvarez, 61, of 91 Buddington Road, Unit 35, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Matthew R. Tarantino, 26, of 27 Milton Road, Waterford, was charged Sunday with failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia associated with marijuana.  

    Anthony T. Graham, 29, of 29 Ledgeland Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and interfering with an officer.

    Corey Ferguson, 37, of 1290 Gold Star Highway was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a gun, criminal weapon possession and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

    Nancy Sanchez, 59, of Stratford was charged May 14 on a warrant with second-degree breach of peace.

    Rachelle Hodges, 48, of 198 D St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Matthew Gendron, 59, of 62 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged Monday with failure to wear a seat belt and driving with a suspended license.

    Nicholas Champagne, 54, of 64 Dell Ave., Apt. B4, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Nelson Munoz-Colon, 20, of 12½ Terrace Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

    Andrew M. Lemieux, 31, of 40 Cliff St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Adam K. Ryder, 43, of Vernon was charged May 15 with third-degree larceny.

    Alexander Ortiz, 24, of 259 Washington St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.

    Craig Roderick, 29, of 43 Union St., Apt. 4 was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Nathaniel Rodgers, 28, of 313 Main St. was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

    State police - Montville 

    Julia A. Clements, 35, of 31 9th St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Griswold with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce cannabis, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    David A. Dudley, 52, of 14 Huntington Ave., Norwich, was charged May 6 in Lisbon on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marylou E. Mowatt, 56, of Willington was charged May 5 in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Stephen D. White, 52, of Westerly, R.I., was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, and passing in a no-passing zone.

    Tynell Barnes, 31, of Hartford was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

    Waterford

    Rafael Rodriquez, 25, of Hartford was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Bernave Gomez, 26, of 264 Broad St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failing to have minimum insurance, driving in violation of license classification and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
