    Groton City

    Terry L. Darden Jr., 33, of 199 Brandegee Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault on a pregnant person.

    Gregory Naehr, 37, of 140 Allen St. was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

    Samantha Atianna Arder, 23, of 91 Baker Ave., was charged Wednesday on two warrants for violation of probation/conditional discharge.

    Brendan J. Luce, 39, of 283 Bridge St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

    Sopheina L. Baxter, 36, of 283 Bridge St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and interference with an emergency call.

    Karlin Anthony Carper, 41, of 34 Bulkeley Place, New London, was charged Thursday on two warrants with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Allison Page Fedors, 23, of 25 Homestead Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and speeding.

    Christopher R. Watrous, 35, of 99 Murphy Drive was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, two counts of second-degree threatening, two counts of violation of protective order and on three warrants with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tyrell T. Horne, 33, of 14 Robinson St., Stonington, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Barrington R. Jones, 52, of 103 Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Tuesday with weapons in a motor vehicle, driving under suspension, failure to have minimum insurance and failure to obey control signal.

    Jordan Rodriguez, 24, of 83 Blackhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Phelicia M. Keirsted, 29, of 14 Edgewood Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

    Christopher Ramos-Pagan, 24, of 13 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Savannah Lynn Cordova, 22, of 80 Maple Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Daniel J. Defreese, 30, of 41 Rodgers St., second floor, was charged Thursday with failure to have a front plate, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    James Crooks, 34, of 38 Monroe St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Melshi K. Westbrook, 21, of 78 Thompson St., Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kirk Douglas Watson, 25, of 16 Pleasant St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jesus Tito Velez, 46, of 51 Belden St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Joshua Clements, 27, of 41 Ocean Ave. was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Joshua Pope, 37, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Yomaris Gonzalez-Colon, 33, of 16 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a stop sign, driving without a license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Xiomara Rodriguez, 29, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and being a fugitive from justice.

    Robert Zoretich, 31, of Aldan, Pa., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Matthew Foster, 21, of Voluntown was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Sean Roberge, 35, of Plainfield was charged Thursday with violation of a standing protective order.

    Waterford

    Michael Soto-Valentin, 30, of 27 Daniels Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failiure to drive in the proper lane.

    Jason Colson, 40, of Amston was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, insurance coverge failing to meet minimum requirements, driving an unregistered vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast.
