Olger Zuniga-Brito, 27, of 2R Stone St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving while her license is suspended and unsafe backing.

Thomas Soboleski, 28, of 14 Colman St., Unit 9, was charged Friday with using a hand-held cellphone while driving and driving while his license is suspended.

Norwich

Bianca Green, 27, of Hamden was charged Friday with attempted third-degree larceny and attempted third-degree forgery.

Charles Lecourt Jr., 55, of 56½ South B. St. was charged Friday with first-degree criminal mischief.

Raymond Meier, 62, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Friday with violation of probation.
