    Police logs — Oct. 14, 2019

    New London

    David Conales, 41, of 581 Bank St. was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

    Osualdo Castanon Jr., 36, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with thrid-degree trespass, breach of peace and public indecency.

    Norwich

    Willie D. James, 30, of 29 Ward St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance minimum and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Karina Maradyan, 35, of 97 Hamilton Ave. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Cynphanie Merritt, 28, of Windsor was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with being a fugitive from justice. 

    Emily E. Dowling, 26, of 24 Pinecrest Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in Voluntown with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Joan Sprague, 66, of 404 E. Main St., Apt. 42, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jorja J. Sprague, 35, of 404 E. Main St., Apt. 42, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace.

    Christopher Deveau, 41, of 426 Cherry Lane, Montville, was charged Friday in Griswold with second-degree harassment.

    Stonington

    Matthew S. Bolton, 56, of 224 South Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with violation of a criminal restraining order.

    Theodoros C. Tsiakris, 40, of 10 Nile St., Westerly, was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny.

    A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Brian A. Fefilio, 24, of Derby, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to use a seat belt and driving while using a hand held cell phone.

    Shannon J. Clark, 37, of 111 Stillman Avenue, Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, failure to drive right and driving without minimum insurance.
