Jeffrey T. Pope, 48, of 3 Devonshire Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with failure to obey a traffic control device and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kiari Mavis, 26, of no certain address was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
