Kevin James Stamps, 32, of 212 Morse Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Shataya Mitchell, 29, of 152 Branford Ave., was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Hannes Baumann, 44, of 528 Shennecossett Road, Apt. E, was charged Jan. 16 with driving with a suspended license and stop sign violation.

Brian S. Lowe, 65, of 48 Harvard Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Eric C. Jensen, 28, of 149 North Road, was charged Saturday with third-degree sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Andrew W. Royals, 31, of 230 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Taveras Wellington, 36, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief and  possessing burglar's tools.

Victor J. Roman, 33, of 23 Orchard St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and third-degree criminal mischief.

Robert Pendergast, 64, of 10 Georgiana St., New London, was charged Tuesday with threatening.

Jessica Paczowski, 31, of 23 Miner Ave. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a child.
