Nicole Vazquez Torres, 24, of 298 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with driving while license is suspended and speeding.

Joshua Cagle, 37, of 8 Phillips Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and violation of a protective order.

Brixton A. Barstow, 32, of 637 Shennecossett Road was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
