    State police - Montville

    John Greene, 52, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Griswold with first-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Davon D. Brown, 19, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonable fast.

    Tracy L. Ellerbe, 51, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dwayne E. Pollard, 58, of 46 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, driving under the influence of alchol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    A 14-year-old juvenile was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Linda L. Hewitt, 45, of Baltic was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer.

    Jeremie A. Harvey, 19, of North Kingstown, R.I., was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving with unsafe tires, driving with an improper muffler and improper use of additional headlights.

    Julio Rivera, 50, of 62 Jay St., New London, was charged March 5 with two counts of sale of narcotics.

    Gerda B. Cooper, 28, of 195 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged March 5 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Beverly Ramos, 35, of 730 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving while under suspension and third-degree larceny.

    Holli Manley, 36, of 325 Huntington St., Salem, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.
