    Groton City

    David Rice, 41, of 234 Thames St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of protective order and risk of injury to a minor.

    Kyle White, 21, of 132 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Dylan Foster, 23, of 137 Providence St. was charged May 16 with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and interfering with police.

    Gregory Williams, 36, of 42 Merchants Ave. was charged May 16 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, attempted assault on a police officer and interfering with police.

    CJ Wingate, 23, of 53 Oakwood Knoll was charged May 16 with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

    Julie Batts, 42, of Versailles was charged May 17 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Christos Trabakoulos, 24, of 475 E. Main St. was charged May 17 with violation of conditions of release.

    Ronald Pettit, 50, of 603 Boswell Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree threatening.

    Richard Fontaine, 65, of an unknown address was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Debra Higham, 59, of 74 Hunters Ave. was charged Friday with failure to appear in court.

    Shyhaim Chisholm, 23, of 205 B Norwich Ave. was charged May 16 with third-degree assault.

    Edward Keegan, 35, of 64 Sunny Hill Drive, Apt. B8, was charged Friday with driving the wrong way on a one-way street, failure to have lights lit, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.

    Robert Basch, 37, of 83 C Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.

    Mariam Abdalla, 41, of 32 Western Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
