Willie O. Butler, 47, of 91 Taftville-Occum Road was charged July 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Rebecca Cook, 48, of 11 Canterbury Lane, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryna D. Cardoza, 31, of Charlestown, R.I., was charegd Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Victoria E. Barrett, 27, of 812 Shore Road, Apt. 126, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
