State police - Montville

Jesse Brochu, 38, of 518 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with engaging an officer in pursuit, reckless driving, misuse of plates and possession of a controlled substance.

Frank Rogowski, 29, of Griswold was charged Thursday in Griswold on an extraditable warrant out of Rhode Island with breaking and entering, conspiracy and vandalism.
