Chris Hunter, 28, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Sunday with third-degree strangulation and second-degree assault.

David G. Voebel, 37, of 1 Jewett City Road was charged Monday with first-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Terry Colonna, 59, of 5 Coit St., Apt. 1 was charged Monday with assault on a public safety officer.

Natavya Jacobs, 19, of 30 Hamilton Ave. was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny and criminal violation of a protective order.

Aaliyah Peagler, 25, of 218 Broad St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Bedard, 32, of Willimantic was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to drive right and failure to renew registration.


Dylan Aguiar, 30, of 44 Kenyon Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary.

Deanna Weed, 69, of 12 Woodland Drive was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Rose Stavens, 34, of 156 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with misuse of plates, failure to display reflective safety number plates and operating or towing an unregistered car.

Jesse Ocasio, 41, of 42 Cutler St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
