Christopher Eikenburg, 21, of 21 Titoket Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying a dangerous weapon, failure to drive right and two counts of evading responsibility.
Emanuel Rivera, 27, of 3 Colver St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
David Velez, 38, of West Hartford was charged Tuesday with tampering with evidence.

John Thomas, 36, of 112 Broad St., New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Michael Caccavale, 40, of Yonkers, New York, was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, criminal attempt/conspiracy and first-degree conspiracy to commit robbery.
Javiel Rosario, 23, of 137 3rd Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with violating a protective order and second-degree unlawful restraint.
Richard Brown, 41, of 170 Route 82, Apt. 9, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with third-degree assault and driving under suspension.

Raymond Osterhoudt, 43, of 111 Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny and driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked.
