Police issue bulletin for missing 16-year-old girl from New London

New London _ Police have issued a bulletin for a missing 16-year-old girl.

Devon Lopez is described as white, with black hair, brown eyes, five feet, nine inches tall and 130 pounds. She was last seen Monday wearing black and purple joggers and a sweatshirt with checkers. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call police at 860-442-4444.
