Ana R. Rivera, 35, of 45 Central Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Victor M. Williams, 32, of 568 Boswell Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Alyssa A. Arbinati, 25, of 222 W. Thames St. was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Rogers, 21, of 73 B Crescent St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Ibrahim Afolabi, 30, of Manchester, was charged Feb. 1 with driving without a license, traveling too fast for conditions and driving with a suspended license.
