Christopher Lunde, 54, of 287 W. Main St., #2, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.
State police — Montville
Christopher A. Stoute, 25, of 57 Pratt St., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with third-degree larceny.
Kaushai S. Desai, 38, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged Saturday in Thompson with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
Waterford
Corey Susi, 24, of 4 Ladley Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
