Ashley M. Edwards, 30, of 9 Edgewood Road was charged Tuesday with use of a cellphone while driving, misuse of plates, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Shan R. Chisholm, 31, of 47 Fourteenth St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order, risk of injury to a minor, creating a public disturbance and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Kiashia Garcia, 42, of 18 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Emma Watson, 23, of 736 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

Anne Sinegra, 21, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
