    Police logs - March 10, 2021

    Groton City

    Joshua D. Plantier, 30, was charged Monday with operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey stop sign, first-degree failure to appear in court and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town 

    Nicholas A. Macadie, 29, of 1539 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with operating motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and criminal attempt at assault of public safety, EMT, transit or health care worker.

    Travis L. Stedman, 28, of 48 Boom Bridge Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Kimberly E. Ball, 53, of 43 Sharon Road, No. 6, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Norwich

    Luther Charles, 57, of 9A Fountain St. was charged Feb. 27 with carrying/brandishing a facsimile firearm and third-degree assault.

    Michael Z. Wanico, 26, of 29 Twelfth St., first floor, was charged March 3 with two counts each of having a weapon in a motor vehicle and one count each of failure to display number plate, disobeying an officer’s signal and, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and carrying a pistol without a permit.

    Josue Fragoza, 35, of 17 Howard St., Apt. 1, was charged Feb. 27 with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

    Christopher A. Tipton, 34, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Linda A. Belanger, 48, of 15½ Town St. was charged Tuesday with assault on an emergency medical person.

    State police - Montville

    Michael M. Dellaporta, 22, of 112 Hangman Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Kimberly A. Valentino, 31, of Canterbury was charged March 1 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    James J. Tanguay, 35, 452 Route 2, North Stonington, was charged March 1 in Preston with drugs near school or day care center by nonstudent and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Stonington

    Jodi B. Parenteau, 45, of 71 Mechanic St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Savanna M. Butler, 31, of 268 Prospect St,. Norwich, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer, criminal impersonation, improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display the proper number of plates.

    Jordan N. Rosetta, 25, of 3 Concord Court, Westerly, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
