Bryant, 55, of 61 School St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, interfering with police, disobeying an officer’s signal, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Trevor W. Neves, 25 of 136 Hunters Road, Apt. 69, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Marvin Franks, 44, of 363A Boswell Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Quran Johnson-Christopher, 22, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Richard M. Archer, 59, of 417 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday in Preston with driving without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Francis G. Grace, 58, of 58 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Monday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

Kelsey R. Haughey, 23, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Monday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rosemene Meranvil, 43, of Jewett City was charged Monday in Griswold on a warrant for cruelty to animals.

Mitchell Dennis, 43, of 15 Freedom Way 76, Niantic, was charged Sunday in New London with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Lyn Riendeau, 33, of Plainfield was charged Saturday in Lisbon with operating motor vehicle under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and creating a public disturbance.

Kim Warren, 50, of Manchester was charged Saturday in Preston with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Kenny Jeune, 23, of 39 Fowler Ave., No. 2, Norwich, was charged April 9 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Pablo Garcia-Amaya, 31, of 26 7th St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged March 18 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Darrel J. Northup, 31, of 43 Garden St., Apt. 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and failure to have lights lit.

Shakemia R. Hanson, 23, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. F1, Groton, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
