John Paul Sikorski, 57, of 16 Penobscot St., Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey control signal.

CJ L. Wingate, 24, of 53 Oakwood Knoll was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer and disobeying an officer’s signal.
