Groton City

Victor Grant Bailey Jr., 24, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Travis Angelo, 29, of 78 Laurel Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Shari Vincent, 35, of 122 Ashcraft Road was charged Tuesday with violation of protective order, assault on public safety personnel, interfering with an officer and second-degree threatening.

William W. Porter, 58, of 76 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Dale Tucker, 20, of Wolcott was charged Sunday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree criminal mischief.

Erin Patricia Browne, 50, of Putnam, was charged Wednesday in Preston with violation of protective order.

Robert Hoyle, 64, of Baltic was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with violation of protective order.

Jake Pendergast, 30, of 121 Summit St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Miranda Schena, 34, of Jewett City was charged Saturday in Griswold with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation.

Timothy McDonald, 37, of no certain address was charged Monday with third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Alicia Messina, 32, of no certain address was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Waterford

Jocelyn San Antonio-Rodrigue, 29, of 4 Pacific St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
