Joseph A. Steffano, 41, of 1 Garfield Avenue was charged June 6 with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
Roxanne R. Jensen, 31, of 112 Riverview Ave was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
Robert R. Van Zandt, 40, of 254 Wheeler Road was charged Friday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree unlawful restraint.
Daniel Point, 40, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.
Jacqueline Miller, 30, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.
