Taylor, 51, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, 32, was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, and second-degree violating conditions of release and was charged July 30 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Michelle K. McGill, 38, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David M. Preston, 22, of 17 Atlanta Court was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

Grover D. Champlin, 26, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation.

Kuron B. Tilley, 44, of no certain address was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Joshua L. Michaud, 35, of 18 Perry Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Jimmy L. Mckinnon, 59, of 83 Mansfield Road, 225, New London, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Acxel H. Lopez-cruz, 33, of 29 Donahue Drive, Norwich, was charged Saturday with operating motor vehicle under suspension, disobeying signal of an officer while operating motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights.

Shannon M. Harmon, 49, of 55 East Haddam Road, Salem, was charged July 30 with six counts of use of drug paraphernalia and six counts of possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Randall C. Holman, 25, of 388 Long Hill Road was charged July 29 with violation of protective order.
