Kevin Jacobs, 40, of 707 Colman St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.  

Steven Vargas, 35, of 24 Colman St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Eugene Mahatha, 29, of 152 Broadway St., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree assault, first-degree strangulation, criminal violation of protective order and unlawful restraint.

Robin Wallacs, 62, of 202 Colman St. was charged Friday with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and failure to respond.

Jonathon Smith, 30, of 245 Montauk Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.
