Jeffery C. Jenkins, 49, of 42 Merchants Ave., #3, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blaine Henault, 58, of 53A Route 12 Preston was charged Thursday with interfering with police and sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Vanderford, 44, of no certain address was charged Aug. 8 with evading responsibility, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Naiym Nation, 21, of 66 Lucas Park Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and violation of a standing criminal protective order.

Kim Rae Solie, 51, of 1040 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged Saturday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Chung Soo Park, 46, of Westfield, Mass., was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Rodney Pinkham, 55, of 54 Rope Ferry Road, was charged Aug. 12 with evading responsibilities.

Sean Rolfe, 34, of 220 Penn Ave., Niantic, was charged Aug. 12 with first-degree failure to appear in court and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Juwana Parker, 53, of 19 Woodlawn Road, New London, was charged Aug. 13 with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended registration.

Richard Harbour, 49, of Old Saybrook, was charged Saturday with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, illegal use of credit card and attempt to commit a crime.

Anthony Bluteau, 38, of 32 Walden Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
