Jorge Negren, 40, of 78 Dell Ave. was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast.

Johan Hamilton, 56, of 96 Ocean Ave., Unit 3, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and first-degree violation of conditions of release.
