Joshua Mendez, 27, of 71 McKinely Ave., was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree criminal mischief.

Dusty Chenette, 29, of 233 Vergason Ave., was charged Friday with evading responsibility and traveling unreasonably fast.
