Dimitrios Evangelos Koukoularis, 33, of 4 Cavasin Drive was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and improper storage of a firearm and charged Monday with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Chelsea Barreira, 29, of 92 Oakwood Road was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Anthony Carambot, 26, of 526 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Dec. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.  

Travis Goodling, 28, of 28 Huntington Place, Norwich, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Donovan M. Womack, 35, of 52 West St. was charged Dec. 22 with criminal impersonation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert M. Ridley, 59, of 129 Bel Air Drive, Mystic, was charged Dec. 23 with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Rodrigo C. Garcia, 34, of 2 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Dec. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving under suspension and traveling too fast for conditions.

Delbert Street, 60, of 1145 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 314, was charged Dec. 24 with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree violation of conditions of release and failure to pay or plead.

Joshua W. Marceau, 35, of 31 Donahue Drive, Norwich, was charged Dec. 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Joshua L. Pope, 40, of 173 Route 12 was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of protective order.

Carli Post, 28, of 11 Lake St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of a protective order.

Jonathan Damien, 26, of 180 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to have seat belt and failure to drive in proper lane.

Jossian Olmo, 39, of New Britain was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Ramel Pires, 24, of 46 N. Cliff St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with two counts of assault on a public safety officer and one count each of interfering with police, violation of stop sign and disobeying an officer’s signal.

Michael Hill, 50, of 66 Merchants Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Spencer S. Morrill, 25, of 15 E. Wood St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Bridgette Wood, 32, of 475 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.
