David J. Bond, 19, of 50 Smith St., East Lyme, was charged Dec. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Randell L. Henry, 31, of 69 Route 12, Preston, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, assault of a public safety officer/emergency medical personnel, interfering with a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat and improper parking.

Christena Reed, 31, of 563 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Jessica Golab, 38, of Mansfield, was charged Dec. 31 with sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer.

Sarah Lucas, 42, of 329 River Road, Lisbon, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Robert Ujkaj, 22, of Livonia, Mich., was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jason Navallil, of 347 Broad St., New London, was charged Monday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
