Julia Cyr, 22, of Ivoryton was charged Friday with driving without a license, failure to have stop lamps or turning signal and driving while registration is refused, suspended or revoked.
Jeffrey Pascal, 58, of 6 William St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
